I have extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences, working with SME's and stakeholders, creating effective learner centered courses, and project management,. Using my knowledge of learning theories and best practices for knowledge gain and retention, I will help your business meet and exceed your organization's learning goals.
With formal training in the Project Success Method of project management, over a decade of experience in formal education, business ownership, and other management experience, I have developed a strong work ethic and the skills necessary to drive meaningful outcomes. I am self-driven and organized, keeping project timelines at the forefront.

Through analysis of business objectives, knowledge, motivation, or skill gaps, and previous training outcomes we will work together to design learning that not only gets the needed information to your employees or volunteers, but does so in an engaging and meaningful way.
