Understanding when to emphasize the push and pull of the nuanced priorities of the project, along with the overarching business goals, requires experience and an intrinsic skillset of people and time management.

Each business has a heartbeat of its own, and its important to recognize the strength and direction of the team you are working with. With this in mind, I approach each project as both a fresh slate and the culmination of lessons learned in past projects.

Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, stakeholder communication and coordination, cross functional collaboration, and process improvement and standardization, I continue to lean into the opportunities to build on my strengths and create new ones.
